My journey into early childhood education began with a personal experience that changed my perspective entirely.
Before becoming a parent, I hadn’t considered a career in childcare. At the time, I was working as an Administrative Assistant at the corporate headquarters of Sylvan Learning Centers. When my husband and I struggled to find consistent, trusted care for our daughter, we began searching for a reliable family childcare provider—and that experience opened the door to a new calling.

Since 2001, I have remained deeply committed to the field of early childhood education. Professionalism and continuous improvement are core values that drive my work. I actively seek opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals who share a dedication to raising the quality of childcare across our communities.

One of the most rewarding chapters in my career was the opportunity to work with a passionate and highly skilled teaching team at the NASA Child Development Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. That experience reinforced the power of collaboration and the impact of quality early learning environments.
To further support my work, I have pursued ongoing education in the field. I earned an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Development and am currently completing a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at Towson University.
